The Power Products intensifier Cylinder is a clean, quiet, energy saving pneumatic pressure intensifier. Incorporating both a hydraulic booster & a pneumatic cylinder into a single integrated package. The Power Products intensifier Cylinder operates on shop air without hydraulic power units. The controls are very simple, the same as approach double acting cylinders. Incoming air activates a fast air cylinder and upon contact with work material, a hydraulic high pressure stroke is engaged. For applications that require a longer power stroke, the high force stroke can be cycled multiple times. Power Products cylinders are available in both NMK & NPB series with standard units ranging in size from 2 Ton up to 100Tons. Special units involving configurations of specific tonnage & stroke lengths to fit customer requirements are also available. Common uses for Power Products Intensifier cylinders is anywhere you would normally use hydraulic power to punch, rivet, clamp, pierce, coin, bend, squeeze, draw etc. Features |
