The Power Products
intensifier cylinder is a totally self contained air over oil system.
Using only 90 PSI of compressed air, output forces from 2,000-200,000
lbs can be created with standard total strokes of 3.5 or 6.0 inches and
power strokes ranging from 1/4 - 3/4 of an inch. Custom stroke lengths
available upon request with short delivery times.

Explanation of the above
Tonnage @ 90 PSI:Our
cylinders are based on a standard shop air supply pressure of 90 PSI.
The force given is for reference, all of our cylinders will run in a
range of 60-120 PSI safely. See our support section for more
recommendations.
Ratio: Use this to figure
out your output force with different air pressures.
(Output force) lbs = Ratio x (Air Pressure PSI)
Total stroke: is the total amount the the
output rod can extend with the power stroke active.
Power stroke: is the length of stoke that
the full force acts on. The power stroke can be engaged at any point in
the total stroke until it is used up. A unique feature of our cylinder
is the power stroke can be cycled multiple times until you run out of
total stroke.
