The Power Products intensifier cylinder is a clean, quiet, energy saving pneumatic pressure intensifier. This cylinder incorporates both a hydraulic booster and a pneumatic cylinder into a single integrated package.

The Power Products intensifier cylinder operates on shop air without hydraulic power units. The controls are the same as double acting cylinder. Incoming air activates a fast air cylinder-like approach and upon contact with work material a hydraulic high pressure stroke is engaged. For those applications that require a longer power stroke the high force stroke can be cycled multiple times.

Power Products cylinders are available in both inline and piggyback series with standard units ranging in size from 2 Ton up to 150 Ton. Special units involving configurations of specific tonnage and stroke lengths to fit customer requirements are also available upon request.
