STANDARD SIZES

The Power Products intensifier Cylinder is a clean, quiet, energy saving pneumatic pressure intensifier. Incorporating both a hydraulic booster & a pneumatic cylinder into a single integrated package.

The Power Products intensifier Cylinder operates on shop air without hydraulic power units. The controls are very simple, the same as double acting cylinders. Incoming air activates a fast approach air cylinder and upon contact with work material, a hydraulic high pressure stroke is engaged. For applications that require a longer power stroke, the high force stroke can be cycled multiple times.

NMK
Inline or NMK models are available in 1.5 ton through 100 ton
ratings.  Larger sizes are also available as custom designs.
NPB
Piggyback or NPB models provide cylinders with a short overall
length.  This is accomplished by locating the oil chamber on the
side of the cylinder.
 
 
Common Uses for Power Products Intensifier cylinders is anywhere you would normally use hydraulic power to punch, rivet, clamp, pierce, coin, bend, squeeze, draw etc.
